Local food combined with a GOOD service. Genuinely helpful and patient hotel employees all round. Location close enough to the center of Playa del Carmen, the centre and the beach on the morning. 15 minutes walk from Palacio.

This quiet hotel is based in a neat building and has an attached restaurant. The rooms are huge and individual with a balcony, a nice view, for example. The food is excellent and incredible.

As we remember, there was no wifi.

I had a nice experience here, everything was perfect, the location was magnificent just off the beach on the morning, Quinta Avenida and to the 5th Avenue. I really enjoyed standard room for natural lighting. The staff helped me with laundry😀

The venue's position was very central. The room was extremely spacious, also it had smoke detectors.

Stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was wonderful and fairly clean, had particularly nice views, incredible location in the very centre of Playa del Carmen. We had huge and spotless room with smoke detectors.

Because of a problem with the a double room I was upgraded and had spacious room in lovely mexican style. All the staff were incredibly nice, accommodating. This hotel was set in a very central area not far from the night life, and all the main street shopping.

The service was all in all amazing! The staff were incredibly nice and our room was nicely decorated with natural lighting, hot shower plus a huge bed.

The rooms of the hotel were huge and spotless with good airco, hot shower and views of the very lush patio. The location was marvellous and lovely, only 5 minutes walk to Quinta Avenida.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, away from the noisy bars and 5th Avenue, but still within walking distance to the beach and the center of the city. The staff were friendly and provided helpful tips about the area. The room had ample space for storage and the property itself was beautiful.

The room cleanliness was a major disappointment, with a strong sewer smell and black mold in the shower.

Everything was very good, I would definitely recommend. I really enjoyed the hotel, all the interiors were lovely. The room I booked was extremely spacious and provided with the very lush patio and natural lighting, for instance. The location was great and fantastic for walking around Quinta Avenida.
